As brands (as well as other communicators who want to get their message across) wonder how to reach and truly interact with their audience…
and as media companies wonder how to improve, maintain or reach profitability…2009 may well become the year of the branded channels!
Branded channels could be turned into highly effective marketing and communication instruments. This is clearly demonstrated by the Obama Branded Channels on social community sites as Youtube, MySpace and Facebook and the Etrade branded channel on Youtube (see video).
The growth in numbers, reach and forms of branded channels is bound to further accelerate in 2009. For brands, media companies, agencies and content providers there are clearly huge opportunities, but how to successfully start-up (as a brand or content owner) or offer (as a media company) branded channels?
Key information on the effectivity, opportunities and ROI of branded channels (for brands, media companies as well as content owners) is hard to find.
Therefore we decided to enable an extensive discussion on branded channels and bring all knowledge and experiences together. A Summit was born! (We’re planning for spring 2009 in The Netherlands).
Branded channels within all sorts of media (TV, radio, online and mobile) will be covered by the Summit program, with international keynotes providing you with the need to know information and key insights to realise the opportunities of branded channels for your organisation.
